This place is a joke. I’m not a mechanic by any means, but i can change parts. If you want a real mechanic and not a parts changer go somewhere else. I was convinced my tractor had a fuel problem and vacuum leak. After chasing all the problems i could think of I wanted a mechanic to take a look. They proceeded to change all the new parts i just put on without ever discussing with me any problems. They never checked comprehension or the points. Nearly a month being there with no progress I decided to call and check on it. I could hear the mechanic in the background yell “I don’t know what the eff you want me to do about it.” I told them i wanted my tractor back after that. They broke my side step, and left all the parts loose. They didn’t have the respect to put my tractor back together. They had no remorse. I will never use them again!!! Waste of my money.

Very bad experience. Purchased a used LS tractor from a dealer out of town who no longer sells LS. I took it to Freeman Tractror and they did not stand behind the product or honor the warranty which I was told by them I was eligible for. The owner was rude and took advantage of us.
