Decent enough location of Dollar General. Definitely off the beaten path, but it gives the residents of the area a convenient spot to grab essentials.The store does appear to be a newer location. All in all, I will give it four stars as a rating.

Friendly polite customer service everytime I go to arkabutla dollar store. Not to mention how convenient the location is to all of us in this area.To the person whom said nasty things about "Clinton" I couldn't disagree more. I find him polite, helpful, and a generally nice guy. Dollars general are lucky to have a person like him that cares about customers and the store he works for.

Got accused of shoplifting by Mercedes, asked them to check me to prove I didn’t. They didn’t. Did they show me in the cameras where I was shoplifting? They didn’t. Did the censor go off? It didn’t. But now when I go in the store a few days later, the manager Mercedes comes up to me and goes “We not doing this today, come to the front and check out.”And how did this come about, I was in the store looking for a charger, for my Iphone 8. And I had a charger in my hand while I grabbed my phone, so they must’ve thought I put it in my pocket but it came back out with my phone, when I pulled my hand out. And I checked if it fit my phone, it did not. None of them did. so why would I steal it???? I’m not sure if they meant the charger I grabbed or the charger port for my car. But I put the charger port back to because you guys didn’t have the charger I needed.And lastly why would I steal, I don’t know, a 3$ phone accessory if I was buying like 50$ worth of stuff?I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t the only store here.Bad management, specifically this manager.

The manager here is very disrespectful to the women employees and very rude to customers. I dnt even. The guy named clienton Watson the so called manager . even slanders pple. I never experience tgis at any dollar general's every somthng needs to be done

Prepare yourself to traverse the usual labyrinth that a Dollar General.You will have a harder time trying to squeeze through the maze of unstocked subpar merchandise than Frodo did attempting to destroy the one ring in the fires of Mount Doom.Alas, there will be no guards at the gates (cashiers)
