The customer service here is atrocious! They really deserve ZERO stars. It's real (insert cuss word) up that you go into a place to spend your money and you're not even acknowledged. Then the cashier had the (insert another cuss word) audacity to tell me to hold on while she finished a personal call on her cell phone. I was so upset that I called back up to the store to speak with a member of management only to be put on hold for over an hour and once they figured out I wasn't hanging up, they picked up the phone and hung up before I could say a word! I will be contacting corporate about this experience as there is no excuse for how poorly this store is ran!

Called the pharmacy to see if a medication had been called in for my son. (It was a new prescription so I couldn’t use the automated system to check the status.) Sat on hold for 1.5hrs and no one answered the phone. Status went from 2 calls ahead of me @ 30min in to 1 call ahead @ 45min in to no calls waiting, and no one ever picked up. Very disappointed.

I have to share this. So May 9th around 10:35pm I stop by Walgreens it's pouring down rain. I ran to the door and I'm soaked with water running down my face and hair. I saw Jeremy the store employee look at me. Our eyes connected with each other. I said hey sir are you open. Jeremy is a heavy weight guy with like 10 strings of hair in the back of his head. Jeremy looked at me and continued walking away from me. Another store employee saw me and she opened the door so fast for me. I was really excited. The system was still up. I was the only customer in that store beside the employees. She was very nice and sweet. Thank you ma'am. I spent $143 that night. Jeremy because of the way I choose to spend my money is the reason why you have a paycheck.

The Highway 80 location gave me the wrong medication and when I brought it back it was no apology or anything. It's so scary because i’m wondering how often this happens. I was given a Gout medication and i have never been diagnosed with it. Worried about our older adults especially..

They had a special on vitamin that I bought . I called to confirm if I could return they said yes . I went told me you’re going to have to come when the manager is here . I came when the manager was there . It was a lady who was attending me . I told her I wanted to return or exchange for something eles . She said yes I could to get something eles . I had the receipt. She proceeded to accuse me of stealing. I was already dressed in my work clothes because it was almost time to go to work, and I didn’t expect it to take so long and to be so complicated. So I proceeded to tell her check your cameras because you’re accusing me of stealing and I’m having full conversation with you so it’s crazy. Then she goes in the back acting like she’s going to check the cameras, but then she comes back and says she doesn’t have a key to check the cameras. she proceeds to give me the vitamins back, which is crazy because of you accusing me of stealing ? why would you give me the products back? That situation made me late to my work. It also caused me a lot of problems with my job.Yes I had my child with me . Why would I show her how to steal????? I have never been into Walgreens because of that and I was like a regular customer. I’ve been going to Walgreens for a long time, but that was just a terrible. And the manager was so unprofessional . Every stressful!!!!

You sit in line for a hour just to get to the window with your prescription to be fill to being told that you will have to go around again to sit in line another45min / hour is ridiculous ‼️ One line open

I never understood why they do not make customers pull around if their prescription is not ready. People whose prescription are ready have to sit in line waiting for nothing.

I just learned tonight this is no longer a 24/7 store. I was told they have been closing on Fridays and Saturdays... too few pharmacists they said. I feel bad for the staff that's aboard this sinking ship.

Absolute trash humans! Waited in line with a screaming sick baby for almost an hour to get to window and be told sorry we just closed at 8pm. Line wrapped around building because these idiots let someone sit at window and wait. I really hope they shut you down and you lose your jobs!

Pretty sad...Using this pharmacy for 5 years with no insurance and about every 5th prescription we get notice that there is a problem with insurance and we need to call them to update it. When we do call we are left on hold for way too long only to receieve auto reply that their phones are down or they just disconnect/hangup the phone. Then when we do finally get someone to answer the phone they have primary and secondary insurance mixed up (same insurance issue each and every time) - they say it is a system issue...SMDH. And dont even get me started on the long lines either in the store or in the drive thru line. Some of the staff seem to care but others not so much. Definitely feels like a combination of a few things...1.Walgreens doesnt pay enough to keep good people. 2. Clinton is small so there are less qualified people. 3. Just plain poor management. 4. Or there is a chicken vs egg situation - staff doesnt care because it is so messed up or it is so messed up because staff doesnt care. Either way, I am changing to another pharmacy.

I know this will mean nothing to a company this size and it's a repeat of lots of things already said. Wait it unreal and it does not matter if your in the drive through or inside. Tonight they missed part of my order that my wife picked up. I know to always check before I leave but she did not. When I called in it was over 35 mins on hold to be told they missed it and I could come back at 10pm and get it. This is the stuff that gives this location such a bad name. I will say the staff is always friendly to me but, that can only go so far. This does not look like problem with the staff it seems like a lack of staff.

Ordered a prescription yesterday and came today to pick it up. not only was it not ready yet, it took over an hour and a half of waiting in a SHORT line to get my medication.

Bring your business elsewhere. Terrible service. Girl at pharmacy had headphones in and did not listen and there was a very long wait.
