Not the first time I’ve purchase from two step will definitely be the last time I had a product which wouldn’t tune to my 2022 accord was told to ship back within first 2 weeks not 30 days for my full refund because product was defective I returned they refunded then a month later filed for they’re money back now my banks says I have to dispute with them cause they claim they never received the product but yet they refunded 4 days later

I ordered a K&N intake, one week ago over the website. I haven’t received any shipping whatsoever or any information and when I emailed and asked them why is it taking so long and what are the cancellation policies ? I just got emailed back saying we will check with the manufacturer that’s it.
