I arrived at the shop about 1:15 pm service was good. Got a wash and roller set on small rollers. I expected it would take some additional time to dry due to the number of rollers. I have short thin hair. I understand 45 minutes to an hour but I was kept under the dryer for almost 2 hours while she washed and roller set 3 more people who came in after me. I should have been taken from under the dryer and rollers removed before she started at least 2 of the 3 people she did and left me under the dryer. I had to threaten to take them out myself before she removed them. I did take into account that she was the only stylist in the shop. I was finally completed and left the shop about 4.40pm after arriving at 1:15pm

She spaced the rollers with to much space between them. She put to few rolls for head space . Did not ribbon the hair before placing hair on the roll
Stylist: The stylist was not mindful of the type of hair I had.

I think they pick and choose the order they want to take people....I was told there was only one person ahead of me and I should go shop while I waited and yet when I came back that person was finishing and they took another person ahead of me that wasn't even there but it appeared to be someone that they knew or was related to. That's not very professional. Having a sign-in sheet and taking patrons in order of sign in would be better. Overall not happy with the service compared to the price. Don't believe I will be back

I left before finishing my wash and detangle. I'm pretty sure this visit set me back years of growth. I've been here before and the experience was fine. I had a wash, detangle and blow dry and it was $60. Today was $54 even with me leaving before the service was complete because the detangling was ripping my hair.

It's been a while since I had my hair done here and the stylist did a good job doing my hair. I really enjoyed the gospel music playing just made the atmosphere relaxing to me.

I had a very good experience.. My Stylist Danielle is quite knowledgeable in cosmetology. She is very professional, patient with the clients & exhibits much care & concern for them. She is an asset to your company.
Stylist: My Stylist was Danielle..She can accommodate you with most any requested styles...She will suggest if your hair is unevened or the ends require trimming, etc. I really appreciate her being very concerned as a good Stylist should be about her clients..
