This place is right outside of my neighborhood and I’ve used them several times. I just called to see if I brought my suit in today I could get it by Tuesday. All I got out were the words “Hi, if I brought my suit in today…” before I got cut off with “Nope nope nope, no one can take it this late in the weekend.” Perhaps he meant this late in the week, either way, he was very rude. Good thing I called College Cleaner’s. They’ll have it ready for me Monday.

The service at Simon's is TERRIBLE! I would not recommend. Go somewhere else for your dry cleaning services! Save your money and your time. I have been there twice; they say they will call when clothes are ready and never do. There are stains that are not removed. They are very strict on checks and will make you go to an atm if it is not up to their "standards."
