They did a great job on our dog Bandit. Very pleased with the cut and quality. We will be repeat customers. Not keen on paying upfront. However I'm sure they have reasons for this. Must have been a good experience for Bandit because he wasn't stressed out.

Shannon's TLC had been servicing my dog for 4 months and I've never had a problem with her. I took my dog to her today and when I got home, I saw he was cut to close on his chest. I called her and inquired about it. She asked if I wanted to bring him back so that she could fix it. I informed her I did not think it could be fixed and that I was calling to see if she had done the cut herself. She said she did. I sent her a picture so that she could see what I was talking about. Shannon called me back and said "she was so active that it took one to hold and one to cut". "She" is really a "he". Right off the back she said, "You may want to go to someone else, because I don't think I can do any better than I did." I was shocked that she said that. She wasn't mean, just uncaring. I won't be going back and I will tell my friends don't even waste their time.

Very rude and degrading service. My dog was scared because he’s never been to the groomer and she called me and basically told me I’m doing a horrible job with him and that he needs training. Extremely rude and not her place. My animals are my children and I found this very offensive.

Honestly hate this establishment. The women who handled my dog is so unprofessional. She dropped my dog which caused him to have a sprained paw . Honestly do not recommend, do better.

I’ve been taking my yorkie to Miss Shannon for almost a year. She is very friendly and knowledgeable groomer. She looks after benji as he is her pet and he always looks great after she’s done. Her prices are reasonable and you will not be disappointed.

Shannon does a fantastic job, bathing and grooming our Westie, “Stewart”. Because he’s a rescue who was severely abused, “Stewart” is very discerning and cautious. But from our first visit, Shannon was sensitive to Stewart’s past and treated him so kindly. We’re very, very thankful for Shannon and we couldn’t be more pleased with her care and services.

Always a great experience. My dogs get the service they need in a timely matter. Great with animals in calming them down. Great customer service. My perfect groomer.
