neglectful business. they don’t want to work so they will tell you two different stories about why they don’t fix something (or why the guy that does fix it is busy? which is it?) and then send you on your way with a part hanging that would have been a quick fix. They are very lazy and will find any reason to get out of work rather than help the customer, even if they tell two conflicting stories.

I went here to buy a brand new tire which would have cost me $300 but the young lady there told me I didn't need a new tire. They could fix my old tire. Thank God for honest people. They will forever have my business and my support.

Got my tires put on, but a front end alignment my steering wheel should be straight. I was told to have Mechanic to unbolt and turn. That didn't work wrong still on otherside. Went back, and was told I got to pay again. No thank you. Sorry for wasting my time.

An oil change place told me that I needed a new oil pan. Turns out it was just a small aluminum part. The manager David Purvis really took care of me. There is a reason that place is super busy, they know what they're doing and treat people right. No hesitation going back there or to any of their oil or tire change branches.
