Antagonized me and my friend at the vacuums after we explained to them that we were going to go through the wash AFTER we finished and they stared at us the entire time instead of tending to the store. Luckily we completed our vacuum job mostly before they shut off the entire side of the vacuums we were using telling another customer it was shut off “because of the rain”. It sprinkled… and that was the only side off so that wasn’t very logical was it?

The car wash in clinton has gotten worse the last 7 months. Only a few vacuums work and the ones that do work barely have any suction. There is always something wrong with the machine, either the side brushes don't work or the front brushes don't work or only 1 works. Today they are closed to wash only vacuums and they are not working properly. Employees car is there and no one outside or answer the phone or door. Very poor, paying for an unlimited plan for 2 cars and can't even wash a car or vacuum right

AVOID this car wash! My wige and I are premium members and I pay $60 a month for the service. In the past 4 months the car wash DOES NOT wash our vehicles like it did a year ago. It's essentially a car that DOESN'T WASH CARS. The vacuums are a hit and miss. Sometimes they suction okay and sometimes they don't but they never suction great. I am canceling our subscription TODAY, it's simply not worth that money.

Only 2 vacuums out of 34 or more vacuums actually work, I’m flabbergasted! When ppl come to wash their cars we really need to vacuum, we pay for this service that we half of the time can’t even use because they don’t work! I will not be returning

Would be great if everything worked properly. This location seems to always be closed for maintenance issues . Suctions are often not working . . Sucks because this is the closest wash place in my area .

I’ve been going to the Clinton location a few years. Just recently I am not getting the service I ask for, and was getting it before. I do not like tire shine on my tires because it wears off and especially when it rains, it leaves my rims black and splatters on my car. It’s too hard on me to clean my rims and get the black off because my car is low to the ground. Assistant manager Teresa has given me comp washes because I didn’t get the service I asked for. Mason has given me a comp wash too. All together I’ve had about three or four comp washes. Apparently, they can’t turn off the tire shine when my car goes through. I see other cars with just a basic wash and no tire shine. The last wash I had this week Teresa was doing the operating. I asked for no tire shine, but I got it anyway. I went over to tell her, and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. The managers have been nice about the comp washes, but I still did not get the service I requested. This is why I gave a one star rating.

None of the vacuums work. We are paying $20 for a wash and vacuum , not $20 for just a wash. The staff is very unprofessional and didn’t care once they were told that the vacuum don’t work.
