Sweet folks, especially Ms. P, but I had a terrible tax experience! The staff does not provide assurance that they know anything about tax laws or filing. Extremely uncomfortable working with them. I have been filing independently or with other tax professionals & this was the first year that I would owe any money...alway received a return. Ms. P did not know why ....no clue. "I plugged in the #'s, but ......". I ended up walking out ....should have stuck with my gut and went somewhere else! Suggest avoiding this office at all cost... or do it online yourself....probably get better results!!!
