I came in just to have another phone activated that I just got and I was met with Briana. She greeted me first upon coming in and was amazingly nice. While working with me, another disgruntled customer came in complaining about towers being down and how she needs to fix it right now. Briana kept her composure so well when even as a customer I was getting annoyed. I just want to commend her on her customer service and the way she handled everything!

It's okay and should do more for existing customers that's been there for years no late payments!! EVER . To add you all or the cricket team/ owner/ manager should give promos or perks to existing customers like myself/family.
