I can only speak on how my experience was here. My Brake sound so bad so I decided to take a chance on going here this was my first time going here I went ask question and Mrs Toshiba Knight got my information . Once they took my tries off Mrs Toshia brought me to the guy that was working on it he showed me the problem & what was causing it and they did what they said they would do& fix the problem. And I want to say thank Mr. Clinton that fixed my break you did great work. And thanks Mrs Toshia Knight. You have to give thanks when people do what they said they would do& again Thanks to you both.

I went to get my brake pedals replaced the other day and decided to go with Big 10 Tire Pros after my father told me he had a really good experience with them. I had the same as well. the staff were extremely friendly, let me know exactly the issues that I had, and they even let me know they’d be able to rotate my rotors rather than charging me to get new ones! they were awesome and i’ll definitely go back again if i have any issues.

Since this location has been opened. I’ve taken all my cars there to be serviced. The workers are friendly. And the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming.

Tashia, hope I spelled it right, is great. She got me in quick and her customer service is top tier. She greets everyone who walks in and the wait is not long.

I had a tire change and alignment with new rims. They got me in and out and did a good job. It was a black man in his thirties that did my service. Zero scratches on my rims and no buggered lug nuts. It’s a clean shop with a nice waiting area.

Excellent. I'm stranded on my way across county and called up to see if they had a certain tire in stock. They didn't. Then, thinking that I might have given them the wrong name of the tire Josh took it upon himself to figure out the proper name, looked it up, found one and called me back with the news that he could have it for me the following morning. True professional!

I was quoted a price for an alignment. They charged me an environmental fee and a supply fee. Pretty shady if you ask me. I will not be going back.
