Working at Aspen Dental I have become a more confident and competent clinical Dental Hygienist.The company has an awesome hygiene support team and there are always continuing education courses available to help improve clinical knowledge to provide the best hygiene care for our patients.Many times we have to explain in detail the types of Hygiene Treatments provided. And I love that we are given the chance provide comprehensive dental care. Durning New patient appointments I have the opportunity to truly educate patients on what’s really happening inside their mouth. And the care I can provide to keep or get them on the right track.The Hygiene Treatments are:1. Prophylaxis- A healthy mouth treatment commonly called a dental cleaning. With this treatment teeth and gums are healthy, no bleeding, no moderate or heavy tartar buildup.2: Gingivitis Treatment- infection of the gums caused by plaque and or tartar buildup3. Periodontal Therapy - Treats an infection of the gums and bone (tooth socket) that hold the teeth in place. (There is Aggressive Periodontal disease which is very noticeable and there is Chronic Periodontal disease not as noticeable)

Being my first ever visit with Aspen Dental (being new to the area) I was impressed ! As old as I am & after plenty of experiences with dentist this was the best & most thorough dental exam I've ever experienced !Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly & knowledgeable & explained step by step in detail where I fully understood the why's, when & where of all steps needed to provide proper & healthy dental care ! Will continue & highly recommend to anyone needing dental care & service ! Thank you Aspen Dental !

Great customer service! I arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early. I signed in and they called me on to the back. First time that has EVER HAPPENED ‼️‼️ Everything was explained perfectly and broken down efficiently.. I really was impressed.

The only good thing I can say about Aspen on my first visit was superb because they got me approved a credit card for crowns. I also had my dentures remade several times and they still don’t fit l. Every time I go there’s something going on with the young ladies at the front Desk, they are not very customer friendly. As long as you are paying them, they treat you like gold, as soon as you have a dispute with them the customer service change. I was trying to make a cleaning appointment to get put on hold and disconnected. If there’s no money other than your insurance covering for a cleaning your call is not as important. Once they make the money from you on your credit card, they are done with you. This is the office in Clinton on Highway 80. I am returning to my old dentist because of the way I feel when I walk in or called them with a zero balance.

I went in this morning for fitting of my partial plate. The ladies were all so nice and friendly. The doctor was very nice and had to do adjustments to the color of the partial plate teeth but he was very knowledgeable and so the next time I have to go will hopefully be to pick them up. I am very happy with Aspen Dental.

Would give Zero Stars. It's all lies. Made an appointment online through the website for 5:30 pm in Flowood. They called and cancelled my appointment because the doctor wasn't going to be there that late. Called the call center to reschedule at the Clinton location. It says they take walk-ins and I was told to just go over and walk in since it was an emergency. I get there at 5:30 and was told they close at 6pm instead of 7pm on Mondays and they don't see patients after 4:30, and I need an appointment. They are also not open on the weekends as advertised.

Never go here for an emergency.. they never have space but mind you they got a sign stating emergency walk ins welcomed. If you need an emergency appointment go to the winning smiles , I called and was able to be seen and treated same day

My mother has been attempting to get her dentures for almost 3 months. They have been stringing her alone which is sad. She received a pair of temporary dentures that were not to her satisfaction. She asked them about the bill and was told she did not have to pay although they had already billed her and the insurance company. She had an appointment scheduled for August 31st to get another temporary pair and they called her on August 29th to say that they dont have anyone to make them.Why wait to the last minute to tell her that? I feel at this point that Aspen Dental is being discriminatory towards her because she was not satisfied with the first pair of temporary dentures. She wants answers and needs them. At this point I feel like they deserve 0 stars.Update* I see that someone has replied but that bears no solution. I have also reached out to the customer service tram that takes complaints and spoke with Alex. He told me to allow them 72 hours yo call back.

I had an awesome experience with Dr. David and his staff this morning! I told them I had a bad experience with another dentist before and they were very understanding of my anxiety. Not only did he make sure I was numb and comfortable, he was completely understanding and really made sure I was okay during the entire process. Thank you staff, I truly appreciate you all.

Let’s just say they nice until they get your money; after that it’s down hill. I been waiting for over 2 month’s to get my work done each time it’s a problem, the first two times the system was down , the third time they claimed I had no appointment and that they couldn’t find me in the system (really) then when I make a scene; ohh here you go everything just magically appears. ??♀️ then gone ask can l come back at 2pm remind you my original appointment was at 8 am . … ? I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone but if you have no choice just don’t pay them until the day you are to get the work done if paying out of pocket

Well I did not have a great experience. It was OK nothing went according to plan or what I was expecting. My appointment was canceled because I did not receive a message from them .so I had to reschedule . when I registered to Come they told me i can get the work done in the same day. Find out. They did not do the same day for partials and the pricing was a little confusing. Seem like there is charges that was not needed .

I had to go in for a filing and I am always nervous. The technician was nice and friendly, very calming. My doctor was very kind and informative. The place is very clean which is very important to me.
