I had the worst experience or I guess no experience at all! Chasity was supposed to do my hair but notified me about 40mins prior that my appointment had to be canceled. I understand things happen but I was told to reschedule but when I attempted to reschedule I got zero response. The communication/lack thereof is terrible! Wasted my time. I find that inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Any time I come in, I know I am taken care of. No matter the stylist! I know all my questions and concerns about my hair are answered and addressed here and I am a forever client. No one but this shop will touch my hair

I like the setup of the salon, Very nice.....I've known Mika & Alma for years they are very professional & always promoting healthy hair. Mika is my stylist, I love her work, she always let me know how certain styles will affect my hair, She is very kind & easy to talk to, I always have a good time at the shop, no bad vibes, lots of laughter.

I have known Mika for several years. My hair was in horrible shape the first time I went to her. Due to stress my hair had fallen out and what was left was broken, dry and brittle. Fast forward and my hair is thick and full. Mika has saved my hair and I would never trust another stylist the way I trust her. I habe never had a stylist before where I felt comfortable sitting down and letting them make all the decisions!
