The lady working at the front is very rude and has an attitude problem. If my package is available there for pick up and I set it up online for pick up only then odds are they aren't going to try to deliver it to my house. Duh. Ignorance and stupidity at its finest.

I gave 3 stars because the package was delivered this time.Back in January I sent a care package to a very needy friend. He was living in his car and got permission from a friend to recieve the package there. Long story short the post-woman said she left it in the care of someone across the street. Of course it was never seen again. An investigation began but ultimately turned to a cold case.Okay here I go again with USPS. Different address same neighborhood same postal-woman.When it was not delivered on the scheduled time I immediately called the post office. I explained to the Postmaster there, a very nice gentleman. Right away he contacted the Carrier. She found the rather lg package in her truck and returned to deliver it. I received a call from the Postmaster and than a call from my needy friend. You all can draw your own conclusion as to the honesty of the mail carrier. I have my own conclusion. Thanks to the Postmaster that helped get our package delivered.

My boyfriend had gotten me a special bracelet as a birthday gift and mistakenly put my old address. My mother had already filled out the paperwork necessary to transfer all mail to my new address. But the post office had alrwady sent my bracelet back to the sender when they realized their mistake. Absolutely shameful. This wouldn’t have happened if they had looked into their system and seen the address change.

Good thing is, the ladies are friendly and helpful. They know what we need and don’t mind us asking questions. However, no matter how awesome the ladies are, the guy named Butler is totally a disaster. Attitude. Irresponsibility. He seemed to try to confuse me of what I do not know. Then showed me his impatience and had attitude towards me. I was being nice and didn’t say anything. I had to walk right out and waited for the lady to come help me. I have respect for those who work in public organizations. But this guy needs to change his attitude. We respect public workers not to exchange for some arrogant-a** attitude. I love the ladies though. Strongly recommend another job for Mr. Butler here, where he can be all mighty.

Terrible customer service. Every time I go in there I have a bad experience. I get talked down to and the employees are such smart a**es. I’ve never had such bad experiences at a post office before.

This is a post office run by our government. The customer service is, and I repeat, is just plain sorry. Not only they are slow- but they don't go by the rules, regulations as set forth in mailing and delivery instructions. For example, when shipping packages using Priority Mail, it says that if it fits- it ships. Plain and simple. Recently, I visited this post office. After they accepted my 3 packages. I left the building towards the parking lot. As I was going to my truck parked way outside. I heard someone say " hey sir". I turned around and I thought it was someone in the production of begging me for money. But no, it was someone wanting to complain about my packages. It was someone moving real slow " I thought wondering across the parking lot. Recently, this post office got a new postmaster who does not know " that if it fits, it ships". Therefore, "they accepts". Anyway, she actually came outside and told me " no more packages after today". I said ok because I wanted her to ship the 3 packages that she just accepted. I know they are a little heavy but not that heavy. I have shipped packages like this across the country in the South and they don't complain. Furthermore, the cashiers up front have a bad attitude, and they are slow. One tried to charge me $78 to ship a package that costs only $19.95 to ship. I always hate coming in here. I rather drive to Tennessee, North Carolina or to Ruleville, MS to ship packages. In summary, if it fits, it ships. So do your job and accept it. Don't try to find things wrong with the package to not accept it. Fits, ships, accepts. There's nothing else to it. After Thoughts, if you go to Priority Mail and read. You see where there is a 70 pound limit. But my packages are only 50 pounds.

POOR RUDEThe "DON"T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOUR MAIL" SERVICE!!!!! I moved across the street from 216 N. First Avenue Cleveland, MS 38732, to 221 N. First Avenue, Cleveland, MS. Have YET to receive ANY MAIL since doing a forwarding address form on August 2nd when I moved!!!! A check mailed to me from Destin FL mailed on the 6th of August has yet to arrive, and yet to be returned to Destin. An envelope from The Olive Garden mailed on Friday, August 20th has yet to be received and today is August 25th!! The post master has been called 2 times and acted like he could care less. He did not even ask for my Phone Number!!!! I had to ask him if he wanted my phone number to let me know what he found out and he said " I guess". He said, "the only person I can check with is the postman that delivers my mail." Post Master could care less about all this lost mail!!! Micah Morgan
