“Awesome staff! Know how to make you feel welcome on the property. Even had a special treat for the furry four legged quest. Property and rooms very clean and fully supplied. No strange odors. When visiting the Cleveland area this will be my home.”
“I originally loved this hotel and its amenities over time it has gone down as far as upkeep there were ants in my room that got into my purse and luggage they offered me bug spray which overwhelmed the room and did nothing as far as the ants were concerned it only caused more to come out I was moved to another room eventually that was in disrepair dusty wasn't vacuumed I am terribly disappointed in this property and I will not be returning the price is not worth the quality anymore I hope this encourages them to do better”
“The reviews on this place are crazy. It’s a nice, clean, and CHEAP place to stay, and everyone in Cleveland has been so friendly. I’m thinking about stopping on my way back from New Orleans just to soak in the vibes before heading back to Chicago.”

“Off the bat, there was a long black hair by the sink and aroach in the bathroom. Carpets sticky.Rooms: Spacious, a little outdated but comfortable.Walkability: Wendys next door. Seafood restaurant and convenient store across the street.Food & drinks: Walmart and restaurants nearby. Very convincing location.”

“Quality Inn lacks quality. I will say, the employees are doing their best to accommodating our stay. Issues: Door does not properly lock, tub drain is stopped up, and the TV cable box is gone with the remote. The breakfast had some of the breakfast ready: missing butter, jelly, proper covers over food items (eggs, sausage, and biscuits). The management stated they just got funding for renovations, which start next week. This is a 1 star stop, not 2. The Manager is triple checking the next room before we move our third room.I will add...the 3rd room we moved to has ALL the amenities as we expected and paid for in a hotel room. New 4 Star rating thanks to the managers effort.”

“We have stayed here several times. Always had great service and staff was friendly. On the strip with shopping, restaurants, coffee and ice cream within walking distance.Rooms: Clean rooms. Always tidy. Smells clean and fresh. Fridge and coffee maker in the rooms.Nearby activities: Walking track in front of building. Train museum close.Walkability: Within walking distance of many places. Food, shopping, snacks, & coffee.Food & drinks: Great restaurant downstairs. Bar on the 5th floor is great. Must try the fried pie dessert. Good view from the roof.”
