I came here at the last minute for an issue with my battery… Mr. Lorenzo immediately met with me and solved the issue and it was my battery that needed changed. Mr. Lorenzo always look out for me even if I need an oil change. Mr. Saul checked my battery and provided great customer service… the battery checked was free of charge. I definitely recommend Good Year to a customer…

Though friendly man, time management needs to be improved. Asking me wait while he finished his snack and taking an hour and a half to put on a flat, was unexpected, inconvenient and unprofessional. We were moving at his convenience. And I believe at the end I was being groomed to make a donation to his church that burned down—also, not appropriate.
