On Wednesday, November 29th 2023 at 1302 hours. Deshondra Brown, took my phone call to change my policy and she really went over and beyond to help me. She was very knowledgeable, kind, eager to help, and we resolved this issue with lighting quickness. I was treated like family, not just a customer with a question. I, would recommend my friends, family, and loved ones to Direct Auto Insurance by the way Deshondra Brown gave me the VIP service treatment. I thank her & celebrate her for a job very well done. Michael was definitely the most polite insurance person I have ever had to deal with he made sure to definitely dig in deep and make sure that I was comfortable with the policy that I was getting and the amount that I would have been paying he definitely got me down lower than I was expecting considering I came from another company and saved even more money with this one so Michael I appreciate you a lot and I hope you have a great rest of your year and an even better 2024 because you definitely helped me out in a tough spot your manager should probably think about possibly giving you a raise because your etiquette and manners on the phone are of the utmost highest quality again thank you sir

These days we all know that no matter where you go, customer service is not up to par. On yesterday I was helped by Deshondra her customer service was top tier.She was quick, efficient. knowledgeable, paid close attention to my needs and very patient while I looked for my fiancé’s information. She even helped me lower my insurance payment from $424 to $252.
