Went to Cannon for one thing and left with a Nissan Rogue. Our Check Engine light came on in our 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan, so I called and scheduled an appointment for 9am Friday morning on May 10, 2024. The appointment was originally scheduled for the check engine light and an oil change. My husband also had a list of other things he wanted them to look at, but I was told that none of that could get done due to us not including these things on the initial appointment. No problem, we'll just bring it back at a later date. I handed over the keys and waited about 3 hours for the oil change and for them to run the diagnostics. I paid a total of $276.02 for the oil change and diagnostics. I was told that they couldn't repair any of the diagnostic results on that day, that I would have to bring the vehicle back the following Wednesday. I scheduled that appointment and left. My son and I went to get lunch at McDonald's which was about 0.8 miles away. Everything seemed fine. I drove across the street to grab me some Arby's. Upon entering the Arby's parking lot, the oil light came on with a ding sound. I quickly called my husband and he told me to take it back to the dealership. I headed back and there was traffic so the light started blinking and as I'm almost there it just stayed on. My phone is ringing as I'm turning back into the dealership parking lot and my husband is screaming "TURN THE CAR OFF!" I'm like, WHAT?!" All the service people come running out yelling, "TURN THE CAR OFF!" I quickly put it into park and turned the car off. I asked what's going on? The female who I checked in and out with pointed at where I was parked before I left and said, "If you look over there, that's all of the oil that was in your car." My mouth flew open looking at the huge puddle of oil on the ground. We were escorted back into the waiting area where we waited another hour. Once they fixed the issue I was told that the wrong oil filter was place on the vehicle which caused the oil to bubble over. We were told to monitor the situation and if anything goes wrong to give them a call. I called in a couple days later to get the diagnostics results to take them to their sister location an hour away and was told they couldn't do that. So our money is just gone and we almost lost our car too. Honestly I wouldn't bring my BMX bike in for them to fix at this location and I cancelled my future appointment.

Ms. Gail is great. However, I purchased a vehicle there on October the 18 and the vehicle is PAID ON FULL and I still have NOT gotten my title. I can’t even register my truck that I drove over 6 hours to purchase even though it’s paid completely off. If there were a NEGATIVE STAR rating that’s what I’d rate this dealership at. I will NEVER buy anything there again, nor will I recommend anyone that I know do so.
