Rude employees, no call backs,they're very short with you when you're trying to ask questions. Employees act as if the money is theirs. But low and behold if one of their family members or friends come for help. I've witness this first hand. Same people getting help over and over. So sad people are treated with rudeness when asking for help.Since David Washington passed away that place isn't the same. He helped people as it should always be.

I have contact them for almost a month now, everytime its a different lie. I can barely get answers, & call backs. Im really trying to contact the hub because this is not how clinets should be treat! Anyone knows how to contact hub.
