    The folks on the desk are helpful and nice but this hotel is in desperate need of upgrade - depressing rooms, bad lighting, ancient decor, etc. The breakfast is bleak with various machines not working. Owners, make an effort!!

    My room had a bathtub mat over a rusted bathtub and the AC didn’t work. After getting a different room, all pieces functioned properly

    The room was nice and clean. An elevator would have been nice since we are both seniors. Also, I had to go to the front desk for towels.
