“I needed a meeting room for a corporate training/certification for new employees, in Clarksdale, MS. Agent Alexis Gregory worked so hard to accommodate our session, and made every aspect of our meeting superb. She helped with refreshment set up and teardown, checking regularly with us to be sure that all of our needs were taken care of. The facility was more than accommodating and Alexis went above and beyond with her assistance to us. 5/5 will use this facility again.”

“Sandra Council is the most gracious, awesome, staff member. She is such a great asset to Quality Inn at Clarksdale, Mississippi location. She assisted me in getting refund after my card was charged. I prepaid for hotel but yet the clerk on Sunday, Jan 7, checked me in and charged my card. I am grateful for Ms. Council in helping me.
The hotel room was nice but disappointing that there was no food for buffet breakfast due to hotel renovations and food truck not delivering food, other than that one incident, my stay was pleasant. Thank you Ms. Council. Go bless you!!
