My key fob completely fell apart while I was at the eye dr's in Carthage and it was my only key. I called Triple M and the young man came to the office and was able to put the key back together. They were definitely a God send.

Absolute best dealership around. They are professional and actually know what they are doing. They will help you as best they can instead of just turning you away, leaving you feeling hopeless even if they are slammed busy. They'll still do their best for you! In other words they aren't lazy like some other dealerships around. That alone definitely let's you know you're getting quality work done to your vehicle when needed based on their great work ethics and the extents they go to in order to help. They care about you and so of course they will care about your vehicle better than most other places do.

BE WARNED. Droped a vehicle off for repair here, and they fixed my electrical issue however they failed to fix the low oil pressure and damaged the dash of my vehicle and said they didn't do it. The dash was not in the best shape to start with, but It would have been nice for them to take ownership instead of denying it happend there. I wasn't asking them to fix anything they broke just wondering how it happened. He didn't touch that part they said. LOL. OK. LAST VISIT FOR ME. ps. They are very expensive.

First time service on vehicle purchased in January. I know from experience that the service department carries a dealership during lean months. I was well pleased with Mr Keith of the sales staff when I purchased my vehicle as well as the owners. The service department got me in and out without a long wait.
