Terrible customer service don't ever shop there fired up with gas over $50 asked if I could get about 20 gallons of water since mine was froze at the house and they was washing cars rudely days no you not doing that. Everyone seemed very rude in there wish I could do half a star or no star for a review...

Terrible customer service manager is extremely rude of I could take the gas out and give it back I would just because of their service and attitudes when I went in... Seemed very racist and talked down to me when I asked to use their water since mine was frozen

The Gas Pumps weren't properly working the Day I stopped in to get Gas on my way to Jackson. They have some Awesome Snack box Chicken dinners here. I save that for another time on my way thru that Small but Thriving town.

I almost had to call the police today because my husband tried to buy some chicken and was verbally assaulted by the cook but also another customer is the store who knew the cook! This all happened because she did not want to sell us two 12 piece meals for two different families after we drove an hour to get there. There was plenty of chicken available but I will never in my life go there again. This is the most nastiest crew and reoccurring problems that come out of Jr food mart. Read your google reviews and fix the problem because next time she does it again I’m filing charges on her and the store! Does the manager care because I’ve actually been in the store and witnessed her do this to another person. If there is a limit on the chicken why isn’t that announced on sign piublicly where she does not have to assault innocent and uniformed hungry customers. ! She’s had my husbands blood pressure so high we had to pull over on the way home! Incredible choice of staff you guys really do care don’t you!

There's a Popeyes and KFC down the road and the place STILL has the BEST chicken in Carthage. 24 Hours a Day you can get good hot chicken here. Spicy is on point and the sides are good also. Fried okra is a big plus. BEST CHICKEN IN CARTHAGE!

Manager is very disrespectful talks to employees like they are stupid also Manger is taking employees money not paying them what they are owed.Also the manager also talks to customers like they are trash very rude they nor open wen they suppose to be altogether I think they need to get rid of the manager and hore a new one they monies may improve and may get more business cooperate doesn't answer there phone either bad company to work for.as well

We stop here for chicken every time we pass by. BUT NOT ANYMORE!! Hawthorn cooking and serving the chicken is about as rude and disrespectful… I wasn’t the only one a lady behind me was so upset him this clown… He gonna run off all the cash paying customers.. He only nice to a certain group of people..ATTN MANAGER YOU NEED TO WATCH THIS GUY…. He bad for business.. I’ll be back but not for chicken until he gone…

How are you going to be 24 hours, have lights on inside and out, plus have food in the warmer but the door is locked? And the short, skinny girl working there at 10PM is rude and just nasty. I would say since you’re the only 24 hour store in Carthage, I wouldn’t go back but you’re never open anymore. Some other store needs to stay open and get your business because what employees that work there, need to be gone.

They was closed when I got there and it was 2:48 am very disappointed I was on a break from work and needed gas and cigarettes don’t say you are a 24 hr. Business when your not!!!

The chicken is not good. Super greasy. The staff are always incredibly rude, regardless of who is working. They are inconsiderate and rudely greet customers. Gasoline is poor quality. Do not recommend whatsoever.

The chicken is pretty good, with a fine crust. The service is quick, and the prices are acceptable. The potato logs are somewhat expensive at 80¢~ each, however. For a quick chicken pick-me-up, one can recommend it.
