“Mikes Dependable was absolutely amazing. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. My alternator broke as I was driving from Tennessee to Texas. Mike was able to squeeze me in that day to get it fixed. His wife drove all the way to Louisiana to get a part I needed so I could get home to my dog that day.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
As for the price, 10/10 did not overcharge, completely fair.

“They do very good work here, and the people are very nice to deal with. Unfortunately, it was over 4 months before they were able to get my truck in to get repaired. But they needed to order parts that apparently were taking a long time to come in. Once I did bring the truck in they got it back to me in less than a week.”

“Several years ago I was on a business trip out of state and the battery of my wife's Grand Marquis died. She had the car towed to this auto store on the suggestion of the tow driver. Buy Low Auto Parts sold her a good battery at a really good price and installed it. I was pleased with the whole process when I returned home and learned what had occurred.
A couple of days ago, this battery died. It was a four-year Continental and had lasted right at seven years! I called Buy Low and confirmed that, yes, they had a Continental battery for the car in stock. I got the car down to them and as I was getting out of the car (with difficulty) and was getting my cane, which I am using since recent knee replacement, it occurred that I could not carry that battery and I would have a hard time installing it. This was no problem because they replaced the battery very fast. I spent more time trying to get past the Hywy 43 railroad overpass road work than I did in the total time I was at Buy Low! Sure! What better service could be had? I highly recommend these nice people!”
