They have items on clearance that aren't marked down in the system, so they either won't sell you the item or they accuse you of having changed the tag. It's bad taste all the way around.

Prices are low, it's a Super center though not quite as large as the biggest stores I've shopped in, the staff is friendly and helpful, I have been forced to wait 20 minutes a few times to get propane tanks, Pharmacy, Automotive service department, quick lube oil change and other vital fluids, tires, batteries, alternators, wiper blades & arms, Paint, Sewing, Jewelry, Bakery, Delicatessen meats & hot lunches, Grocery store, Electronics, Sporting goods, Hunting with gun case, camping, clothing, House Wares, Make Up, Outdoors, and more.Prices are generally lower than other stores in the area.

I already hate walking into Walmart and i rarely shop there because of how poorly Walmart treats its customers but my experience today has turned me off to shopping at Walmart. Kroger may be more expensive but at least they treat customers well. Today i encountered extremely rude, hostile, nasty tempered, and dismissive employees at the front customer service desk. One of them was the front end manager. This store also racially profiles African Americans more than other races. This is being done by the African American staff that frequently targets blacks for bag checks and frequently deny returns from blacks while accepting returns from other racial groups. They are quite hostile to blacks here. Never again will this horrible store get any more of my money for their cheap Chinese manufactured garbage. I can't tolerate them anymore. I heard that Walmart is the only company to be sued all 365 days a year somewhere. Well good. I hope it continues. It deserves nothing but he. ll. for how I was treated today by its ignorant wretched staff.

The atmosphere was quiet, & welcoming. The lady who took our order, was very friendly, & even brought our food to the table. Our food was fresh & hot ?. I would recommend it to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My visits to Walmart are usually pleasant visits. They never have enough power chair carts. The check-out went smooth, no long lines or waits . The store was well stocked. Good visit

Walmart: you have a very toxic work vibe going on up front. Definitely need more registers open and new employees. This store is very clean and stocked but the vibes you get when you check out need to improve!

Say what you want about Walmart, but it's one of those stores you can't live without. Ever since the pandemic, I see some stuff isn't even on the shelves anymore. But service can be improved in the return center as they seem understaffed.

They had what I needed out of 5 other Walmart stores in the local areaThe parking lot had a lot of broken glass and debri in it. Maybe it needs cleaning late at night when no cars are there. The store was well stocked and lit up. The fruits were fresh and not spoiled.

Walmart, you need to place “out of order” signs at the self checkout registers that don’t work!! Your rude and nasty customer associate that works that area, let customers start ringing their purchases before saying is a problem. Madison and Ridgeland don’t run their stores in this manner!Canton needs to open more registers, especially in the self checkout area. Last thing, you need to retrain your associates on how to interact with the public. We are paying customers, and should be treated with respect! There are thousands of people looking for work. I am quite sure they could do a more efficient and effective job than some of the current employees!!

The last few times I have been to the Canton Walmart, the greeter (an african american elderly woman) seems to be stopping me everytime I leave despite how much or how little I have purchased. I am starting to feel that I am being racially profiled. She would stop me to read my reciept before leaving the store even though I have had no cart, or items that were not in a bag (I have been a greeter myself for many companies and I know that you are supposed to stop people before they leave to make sure that they purchased any items especially the people who have notput items in a bag or when they have large purchases.) The last time I went really set me off because I was on my way out and the lady RUSHED to stop me and check my reciept while she let a family pass without checking them even though they had a cart full of items that were not bagged. Yet I am the one who gets stopped even though I have barely any items and they are bagged. And she has stopped me before while I had little items and let others pass. This behavior is why I am starting to hate coming to Canton Walmart because I don't want to be racially profiled EVERYTIME I go out for grocery trip. And if it helps you understand how serious I am about this, I go to the Madison Walmart all the time and NOT ONCE has an issue like this come to pass. It needs to be taken care of PRONTO.
