I use love going to the post office it's a new post master in there and she's not very friendly at all I went for my package she said it was on the route my package came they claim they came here but they didn't but at same its certain ones I deal with at the post office but I same time they doesn't answer their phone I pray to God I hope I don't have deal with them anytime soon their customer service there is very ridiculous I use love going there not anymore it's just not same anymore

Terrible customer service. You call them, they just let it ring and ring and ring- never answer.. Have a PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION lost in transit and they couldn’t seem to care less. USPS is the worst choice of all shipping services available.

Woman working the counter is dismissive, uninformed and makes comments such as, "like I told you" and "I have no idea". Just feel defeated. Nothing close to customer service or care.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever seen, this is my second time losing a package with them,they used independent mail deliverers that constantly lose packages, I will now only use,Amazon,FedEx,or Ups that you never have this problem with!

Priority mail from this Post Office. They held package for a week. Priority is one week before mailing to final destination??? This Post Office NOT good. Avoid

We have excellent postal employees. Always very pleasant and friendly. Been very responsive to lost packages during the holidays. We have the sweetest mail carriers on my route! Great service and lines not too long at the post office, itself. Overall, great job by all!! Thanks!!

Nice friendly service and not too busy on Saturday morning, not the best part of town but I'd go here over the Ridgeland post office any day :-)

Every time that I have an issue it's immediately resolved. The mail people are extremely professional and pleasant to work with and they seem to be happy every time that I see them. Very joyful spirit. Love them.

i am updating my google review because of the excellent service i received last week. Package was mis-delivered, and when i called, the lady kept me on the phone until issue resolved, and i swear it wasnt 30 seconds after we disconnected my route carrier was coming through the door with my mail. impressive
