My packages don't get delivered and the response is always that there is no access.

Terrible customer service. You call them, they just let it ring and ring and ring- never answer.. Have a PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION lost in transit and they couldn’t seem to care less. USPS is the worst choice of all shipping services available.
