The place is very good
I had 2nails in my tires.had to get a used tire and that was 50 dollars
But it was worth it
Now it drives very good.loves this place.

they over charging over the things that they do in plus they are a real off how is they are highway robbery I don't recom this for nobody but I never use them again the owner don't like black people we the ones that bring him mostly the business

My RV passenger side inner dually blew and I found this place. I was told they had the Michelin tire I use and could repair. I pay and leave thinking all is good. Stayed overnight at an RV park and noticed the outer tire on the repaired tire was protruding out. Could not check the pressure because hubcap was put on wrong and couldn’t access valve stem. Made home safety and removed the hubcap seeing that the new tire was flat and the valve stem was blown. Finally got someone to repair and told the valve stem used was for a car so that’s why it blew and tire was a cheap tire, not Michelin. I was flat towing a car and had my dogs in the RV. Thank goodness the outer tire held up or could have been a disaster. They got $278.50. Called and told never said was putting Michelin and didn’t believe the valve stem was wrong. I live 180 miles away in Mobile, offered to show pictures of everything. It would have been one thing if the tire had remained inflated until I got home but I don’t think I made it back to the highway before it was flat. This was Saturday 6/24/23. I was the last customer the garage doors had been closed at noon.

I Kim Ricks went to Superior Tire this morning to get 4 tires balance I stayed there 2 hours because a tire sensor on right back was out. That was understood so I left and my tire sensor came on I went back they stayed my sensor had to be program, ok that was understood as well. Guy came out and did program sensor, I left again and tire sensor came back on so I call and explain situation. I didn’t get his name, but I’m assuming it was manager son, he told me to hold on so he could get the guy who programmed the sensor, not successful. So he came back on telephone explaining what guy told him what he did. He said I might need 3 more sensor but they shouldn’t be worn out they didn’t show up on computer so I ask you not going to fix the problem, he got HOSTILE I said no we not doing that today I’m explaining to you what’s going on as of now. He stay there was nothing they can do I need to go back to manufacture to get it checked out!!!!! Really

Absolutely horrible. I took my car by this place to get my tire patched. I sat there and several workers saw me. They ignored me. Usually at places like tire shops when you pull up an employee will walk out and ask what you need. I mean they are right there in front of you. But these people would not acknowledge my presence. When I was finally seen I told the manager who had walked out that I needed the driver rear tire patched. He demanded I drive forward to have my car lifted. I was irked by this. Usually I don't have to drive up on a lift. I was having trouble straightening my car on this lift and he seemed put off and agitated by this. When I was finally squared on it although I was still crooked he started to lift my car and the driver side of my car dropped to the side and I heard metal groaning underneath my car where my frame is at. It was a strange noise and this sob kept lifting my car. Even when my car was not steady on the lift. He walked around the car with his employee and said "both tires have nails" and then he said I needed to purchase tires and they would refuse to patch them. And it's not just this. This man had an nasty demeanor when he walked out. He was not friendly. He had a scowl. He gave me the impression he hated his job, was not happy with his lot in life, didn't care about the customer, and he was simply trying to get through the day and make as many sales as possible because who knows. Maybe he makes commission. I just felt he was not being honest. I told him I would go elsewhere and I left. I do not suggest Superior Tire to anyone.
