AVOID!!!
4 bad experiences (1st two were a repeat that they fixed - but I had to return to their shop).
1) Oil cap not tightened correctly - oil on my garage floor - happened twice - return tot he store required
2) They ordered replacement tires for me - I wanted exact replacements. Took the truck in and they got the tire info and made the order. The tires they got in and put on were a digit off on the tire call-out number. I was told it was the speed rating, but after reviewing on the internet, I showed them in was a capacity rating - about 600lbs per tire less than the ones I replaced. I accepted them but was disappointed that my go to service provider didn't know the difference in a capacity and speed rating - and gave me an off-the-cuff response that was incorrect.
3) Replaced battery on my truck in December of 2022. I didn't know that my truck required an AGM battery and they put on a $200 battery that was not AGM. The battery conked out on a busy street and burned up the alternator - $800 repair required.
I would highly recommend not using this service provider. In addition to the above, the desk clerk does not go out of his way to be polite. Even to repeat customers.

It’s amazing how one single person can ruin your experience at a service location. I watched the guy taking keys like he was ripping theater tickets at the cinema. Never called anyone by name just called each of us, “Subaru guy or Honda Accord girl.” Charged me $36 to get a nail out of my front left tire. When I said, “That’s how much it cost to plug a tire?” He snapped back, “We don’t plug tires here, we patch ‘em and we don’t take “Wheels” or ARI here either,” while staring at my fleet card. “because Wheels just bought them he added.” My corporate card did not work for some reason, so I used my personal credit card. I hope the plug, patch holds; my memories of this morning‘s experience sure will. Tripp Arnold

Went in to get new wheels installed on my jeep, they were backed up and rushed as I had called prior to see if I needed an appointment. They stripped my locking lug nut trying to rush to the point I can’t even remove this tire if it goes flat and weren’t accountable for this, terrible customer service and business in general

Friendly folks. I was just passing through on my way back home to LA, so I just had my oil changed and was in a rush, not that I told them, but fortunately, they worked quickly and had me out of there and back on the road in about 10 minutes. Pricing was probably a tad lower than I normally pay at other shops around the country, so that was a nice bonus for me. Definitely recommend.

They always do a great job! They have mounted several sets of wheels for me on factory painted wheels and always take great care not to scratch them! I can not recommend them enough!

We have had multiple vehicles serviced and had different issues fixed at Parkway. We usually tend to drop our vehicles off and go back to pick them up rather than sit and wait on them.The only complaint we’ve ever had is the lack of communication when it comes to them completing the work. The vehicle may have been finished for 2 hours and they had not let us know it was finished.Other than that, we’ve always had great service and the work they do is great, as well.

I called to let them know what to do with our company trucks, the guy who answered the phone was rude and acted like he couldn’t care less. Theres too many places to go than to go somewhere with bad customer service and rude employees. I won’t be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance
