Our car was close to being disabled due to a defective alternator not charging the battery. We found Parkway on a Friday at 1:15. Gordon, the manager, had a tech diagnose it immediately. He ordered a new alternator, had it delivered, and installed it. We were out the door with a repaired car by 4:00. Best customer service. Gordon even loaned us his phone charger as our iPhone was almost out of charge so we could charge it while we waited. Highly recommend this place.

Probably the fastest oil change I've ever had. Staff was great and price was good too considering I have to have a light weight full synthetic oil. Would certainly use again and recommend!

For oil change: 5 stars. For anything else, I can't say, but I usually go here for an oil change when I'm in town in my high mileage Toyota Corolla (conventional oil) and have never had a bad experience here. It's usually pretty quick (under 30 minutes, though sometimes it's literally less than 10!). Price is good (around $30-40 for me). The employees I've interacted with are nice but not usually super chatty, which I don't mind.

25 bucks to get a tire plugged... Folks, don't do it! They're ripping you off! Go elsewhere! Any place who rips people off like this deserves to go under. Honestly, I hope they do. The guy at the desk was rude too. I'll never, ever go back.

I walked in to this place to have my car looked at today. The male staff member behind the counter didn't take time to acknowledge I was there except to gruffly say "can I help you" without looking up from his computer. I began to explain what I needed but before I could get a full sentence out the phone rang to which he said, again without looking at me, "hold on." He picked up the phone and dismissed me all together. Now one of the mechanics had come in about ten minutes after the staff member behind the counter had started his call (which he was still on) and asked if I was there for an oil change. I replied to the questioning mechanic that I needed my transmission looked at to which he informed me that they didn't do transmission work and I would have to go across the street. At this the staff member behind the counter covered the mouthpiece of the phone he was still on and snidely said "they're all booked up," then returned to his call. I thanked the mechanic for talking to me, called the staff member behind the counter a bad word (I probably should have held my tongue but at this point I just couldn't) and left. I have been treated rudely at auto shops before but the absolute disrespect I received from the male staff member behind the counter topped them all. I will never be back, my family (who exclusively used them) will never be back and I encourage anyone needing care care to seek elsewhere. This place is terrible.

I took my truck to their new shop for them to put brakes on and they have squeaked since day one. A few months later we dropped my wife's car off to get new brakes. Later that day they called and said it would be $900 to replace the brakes all the pads and rotors had to be replaced. I told them I would come pick it up and not to put brakes on it. In the mean time I called Napa and got a price of $300 for all brakes, rotors, and miscellaneous. The shop called back two different times with lower prices and explaining how they could turn rotors, or only change certain parts. I told them I would do it myself. As I pulled the brake pads and rotors off the only thing that needed to be replaced were the rear brake pads. There was plenty of life left on the front pads and all rotors were smooth and no waves or ridges. I replaced all pads and rotors in an 1.5 hours and I'm not a mechanic. These guys will rip you off.
