The young lady NeNe was very nice. Even tho the pedicure was done super fast. My toes are pretty. No foot massage with pedicure. The father was rude. The mother was rude too & rushed me out of the bathroom after I spent my money for a service. I spent the 1st few minutes cleaning the toilet seat. Only reason why I have 2 stars is because the young lady was nice.

The little short young guy always acts like his Cycle is on. You can’t ask or tell him anything without him huffing & puffing! The older lady is the same way, just RUDE. The old man is the best & he listens!Service: Acrylic nails

This place is a total ripoff. The older lady don’t know what she is doing and she cut the side of my fingers and toes while trying to buff my nails and had the nerve to tell me it’s going to be okay. I will give you discount. I will never advise anyone to go to this nail salon.

Gina is very rude. They will have you waiting three hours for a manicure while other clients come in and out for eye brow and lash services. It's not fair to wait hours while 10 or more clients are placed in front of you. The guy in the second seat to the left can't do nails at all. Gina, her son Lee, and the other Mr. Lee do a good job, but I've had enough I'll take my money where I'm appreciated as a customer.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this salon. I was visiting Mississippi from out of town and decided to go get my nails done. I received a manicure and a pedicure. I have never had such a bad experience as I had at this one. First off the trim your toe nails on a wooden board before your feet even go into the water for a pedicure. This cannot be sanitary. Literally they tell you to put your bare feet on a wooden board while they trim and cut down the toe nails. Once I got my feet into the water, the pedicure felt rushed and I didn't leave feeling like I had even gotten a pedicure. After the oerricure, you are instructed to move once again and go back to the wooden board so that your toes can be painted. This was just weird. I pointed to the color that I wanted and said the number and the guy doing my toenails picked the wrong color( he got the same number, different brand) and I was charged $3 extra just for me to get the correct color that I initially picked out. It's not a big deal, but the team just attributed it to him not knowing English well which obviously isn't my fault. When doing your nails, they add the tips on for your acrylic set and then leave to start someone else's nails before coming back to finish shaping and painting your nails. It just seems like a major waste of time and it was frustrating spending so much time there for basic services. GO TO A DIFFERENT NAIL SALON!
