Very Poor HR leadership , they curse out employees . I was treated rudely and the phone hung up in my face when reaching out asking a question of Barbara Hicks the HR Director . The owners should be embarrassed to have someone leading people who have an attitude like this . Very loud , disrespectful and ignorant.

IMS is a great company to work for but Tan is not a good supervisor.... She's very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to her employees
