“We switched from AT&T for 2 yrs, to Verizon 2 months ago because AT&T customer service has become horrible in store and over the phone. It was such a relief going to this Verizon store that had wonderful customer service and everyone was great. Even with it being busier than normall the employees handle it very professionally. So if a AT&T employee comes across this post, know that AT&T employees would learn alot from the employees at this Verizon store. ?”
“Tony has always been a helpful and solves problems as they arise also they have new management in the store and the new management has done an awesome job Tony is actually the manager of the store they also have new management at the Fulton store since New Management has come into both of these stores they are much better stores are much easier to work with the only downfall that I have found so far is that they don't always have the phone you want in stock because of poor Management in the past push people away from the store so their numbers of being sold isn't enough for them to bring in more phones yet the only way to fix that is it's for customers to come back in and start buying phones in their stores again but I've worked with both managers at both stores and I have been impressed with the new management that they have put into place the stores are much better and working the right direction to improving”
