The store manager of the Canton, MS, Matthew B., assisted me yesterday with replacing my car battery. In my opinion his customer service was exceptional.Matthew B was honest and informative about telling me to purchase a warranty for my battery. He also informed me about maintaining my battery by purchasing battery terminal and cable protector and applying it in the Fall and Spring to extend the life of my battery. I truly appreciate how helpful he was in assisting me to safely drive my vehicle.I live in Plymouth, Massachusetts and was visiting Mississippi. I had no idea that it was a National policy that Autozone replaces batteries and headlights. I wish the stores in Plymouth Massachusetts had the outstanding customer service that Canton, Mississippi store exemplified.

The man sold me the wrong wiper blades. When the woman who works there noticed he was having trouble putting them on she came out and noticed his mistake. She got the right one and installed them herself! Bless her heart ?.

Courteous staff but the price of their parts is wildly inflated. I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and my ignition coil went bad. The auto zone agent told me my coils were bad when the paper clearly showed I needed one coil. I felt he pushed me to buy the set at $299.00 and with taxes it was $320.00. If I would have bought that part on Rock Auto I would have saved $200.00 because they sell the new coils at around $30.00 a piece. If at all possible do not buy feom Auto Zone. Call the dealership and find out the part number then go to Rock Autos website and put that part number and order the part. I was also created by the mechanic. The labor should have been far less than what I paid for a 10 minute job. I ended up spending around $420.00 to replace four coils when I should have spent $150.00 total for everything. Never again. I was caught needing the part installed immediately or else my car would not start. I was a female and from out of state and yes I feel I like I was taken advantage of but I needed my car running smoothly.
