In my opinion his customer service was exceptional.Matthew B was honest and informative about telling me to purchase a warranty for my battery. He also informed me about maintaining my battery by purchasing battery terminal and cable protector and applying it in the Fall and Spring to extend the life of my battery. I truly appreciate how helpful he was in assisting me to safely drive my vehicle.I live in Plymouth, Massachusetts and was visiting Mississippi. I had no idea that it was a National policy that Autozone replaces batteries and headlights. I wish the stores in Plymouth Massachusetts had the outstanding customer service that Canton, Mississippi store exemplified.”
