Would give it a zero if I could. They disregard answering the phone, only for you to show up and your prescription isn’t ready. Rude and unprofessional workers. Walgreens needs to discontinue Pharmacy services because you’ll end up dying before your medicine is ready for pickup.

Michelle, the “shift lead is extremely rude. I bought a small item that was apparently placed in the wrong spot, she basically said she didn’t stock shelves, so it wasn’t her problem. When I said “ok, guess I’ll shop somewhere else”, she said “I don’t care!” If that’s what’s to be expected of the customer service at this store, I’ll drive as far as I need to avoid doing business here.

The worst bunch of workers I’ve ever had to deal with. They are slow, rude, and always have attitudes as if they are mad at you for coming in there. They never have your prescriptions ready on time and they will cancel or delete your prescriptions without letting you know why. I have experienced this so many times. They will have you waiting in line for up to 30 minutes and when you get to the window, your prescriptions, which you received an alert that was ready, is not ready. So you have to come back again and wait again. I would like nothing more than to move my prescriptions elsewhere but that’s a process in itself for a family of four with multiple doctors and prescriptions. I keep sticking it out hoping things will get better. It has yet to. I know they need bodies in there to work, but don’t sacrifice the quality of service. Everybody I know that has a prescription there totally dredges dealing with them. If people are already sick, they really don’t need the added stress of dealing with this incompetent staff. Walgreens…Get it together!

I called on 12/20 and the lady said that my prescription would be ready in thirty minutes. Arrived at Walgreens 2 hours later and they hadn't even started on my prescription. The lady said that they would put a rush on it and to give it about 30 more minutes. It is the next day now and still no medication. This happens way too much at the Walgreens in Byram, MS. They are the worse!

I was discharged from the hospital on last night and dropped prescriptions off last night and I mustered up the strength this afternoon to go and pick up my prescriptions since I couldn’t sleep throughout the night and when I got there at 1:15 in the afternoon I was told they weren’t filled to come back at 3 because they close for lunch at 1:30. I feel soo bad and have to be at work 7am. All I want is some relief and some sleep.

Came to pickup my daughter's prescription already been in drive up line for 1 hour and still 6 cars from window. If a pharmacy cannot provide a service it needs to close.A retired Pharmacist

Everytime I come here it is a problem with picking up medicine that I already filled get email stating ready,but when I arrive to pick up nobody knows why I'm missing medicine that said ready...sad
