“I was faithful client and then HEATHER happen she was decent in the beginning but then I guess something happen and she was rude, became a liar because I didn’t cuss her out I maybe said hell and she hung up in my face after telling me things that I wasn’t clear about instead of handling the situation like a professional something she is not good at she handle it wrong. Now Andrea IS AWESOME and I’m go miss her fabulous self. But I see other reviews and Heather is a problem so why the staff or owner can’t see that but I’ll take my business elsewhere since my service was ended due to whatever lie Heather told.”

“Please don’t take your pets to this vet !!I took my puppy to this vet for checkup and shots several months ago. Within a matter of days my puppy developed parvo. We have dogs, the neighbors all around us have dogs. None of us neighbors have ever had parvo. The only place this puppy has been is the vet. SULLIVAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL NEEDS TO CLEAN THEIR EXAM ROOMS AFTER EACH ANIMAL VISIT. There was animal hair all over the floor and room.”

“They’re super good, friendly and trustworthy here, I would bring my childhood dog to them when I lived in ms with my family and never had any issues, they explain things very well and are there for the best interest of your pet which since moving to CA and trying to find that out here seems impossible I really appreciate that they genuinely care! I even can call them sometimes when looking for advice with my old girl, which is even more awesome that even tho I might not be a patient any longer they have no issue with helping me all the way from California ? I miss that southern hospitality haha”

“I have family in Clinton and over the years, this animal hospital has been there for me and my pup every time. She ends up needing her anal glands expressed about once a month, and every time I have needed that done while visiting, they have taken care of her and been great to us. One year she had some little scare and needed to see a vet, and they worked her into their schedule. Taking care of your pup while traveling can be scary, but I have no worries when I'm in Clinton because of this animal hospital!!! Keep up the awesome work!”

“Dr Leber and Dr Berry have been caring for my cats for 11 years. We moved to Crystal Springs and I attempted to use local vets but only to be reminded that the best care is at Rankin Animal. I have never had any issues with any of their staff. All have been pleasant and helpful. My cats have recieved routine care as well as Dr Leber saved one of my cats life with major bowel surgery. Marie and Renee have been working there the entire time and I can tell that they truly care about my babies. I'm a paranoid cat mom and everyone has always given attention to my concerns about my cats health. Even throughout the COVID pandemic we have recieved top notch care.
