“Friendly service. The employee showed us two units, a10x10 and a 10x15, we decided on the 10x15. Told us about the rental agreement showed us the locks that we could buy. We had gone to several other rental properties before stopping here the other ones customer service wasn’t very good. Jessica helped us very much. Thank you Jessica we appreciate your help.”
“Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised at this interaction. The previous management was horrible to work with, and I have been trying for months to get a unit transferred to my name from someone else in my family. Today, though, the process was easy and without stress. Nicole Go was who helped me, and he was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions, and made this process really easy. I was able to get done in a few minutes what I could not get done for 6 months with the previous owners. The prices are reasonable, and I would recommend that you at least consider them, if you don't mind driving a little out of your way to get to them. This is by far the best experience with any storage unit that I have had in nearly 20 years.”

“Brought in rolls of paper,first come first serve. Go to the last docks to check in with fork lift operator. Slide n chalk wheels. I was unloaded pretty quick. Gotta pull your own mats out and then move off the dock to sweep or blow your trailer out. No over night parking. Signs everywhere. Fork lift feller was friendly.”
“I was able to accomplish getting my things stored and moved while I had a 4 month space between selling and purchasing a home. I liked knowing my things were not far and I could call when I was ready to get them back.”

“Mel was so awesome! She went above and beyond to help me with several things. My parents were driving three hours to help me but had an issue coming up which prevented them from making it. Mel was beyond nice from the time I walked in the building until I left. She was professional, caring, and helpful. I was having a challenging morning and she cared about me beyond a customer.
