? **Royal Nails**: A Hidden Gem in Byram, MS ?
I recently visited Royal Nails, and I must say, it's a true gem tucked away in our community. Located at **7282 S Siwell Rd Suite B, Byram, MS, 39272**, this nail salon offers excellent service that stands out.
1. **Expertise and Care**: The nail technicians at Royal Nails are not only skilled but also genuinely caring. When I had an ingrown toenail, they handled it with precision and patience. Their attention to detail made all the difference.
2. **Relaxing Atmosphere**: The salon's ambiance is serene, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Whether you're getting a manicure or a pedicure, you'll feel pampered and relaxed.
3. **Community-Oriented**: As a resident of Byram for 14 years, I appreciate businesses like Royal Nails that contribute positively to our community. They prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.
4. **Hygiene and Safety**: While the service may take a bit longer, it's worth it. Just ensure that the tools are properly sanitized – a small price to pay for healthy, beautiful nails.

This salon isn't for everyone. Let me state that it's been in business for a long time and the ladies here are family. It's mostly just the 3 of them on a daily basis. They are in rush to serve you and this is not an attempt by them to be ill mannered. They simply know that IF you've been a customer there, you'll wait or you'll come back. They also do not do most of the latest trends. You'll need to go elsewhere if you want lots of rhinestones, ombré, 3D designs, etc. Neat and clean is their speciality. You probably won't find another salon that will clean your feet better: cuticles cut, ingrown toenails out, use razor on calluses, smooths cracked heels. They do not have a large selection of colors. They just do the basics really well. As for customer service, they can all seem a bit stand-offish at first. But, they are all very sweet and personable once they begin doing your nails. They are not argumentative and they do not try to use "slang" like some of the other Asian-cultured nail-techs I have witnessed in other salons. Lastly, their prices are reasonable. I can get a pedicure and manicure with dip acrylic for $90. I have gotten the same elsewhere with not as much attention to my feet or hands (most places if you get dip or gel or your natural fingernails, they do not even cut, clean, or file your nails) for $130. I have been a customer here for years. And I will admit that I have gone to other places more than once, especially when I was younger because they could not do what it was I wanted. And although they could do the newer techniques and were quicker, the results were not that much better, I needed my nails done again quicker, and the price was much more expensive. Go here if you wear classic nails, like a clean salon, and have some patience! Don't go here if you want the latest TikTok nails and are seeking a group of very chatty technicians! Oh, let me add that you can call and they will let you know the best time to come if they are quite busy.

If you really want to have at least a decent set of nails don’t go here. I got there a little after 12 on a Wednesday afternoon and was the only customer in the shop. The woman behind the desk took about 2 mins to get off the phone and greet me. She finally told me where I could sit but later decided to let her sister do my nails because she was too busy on the phone. Her sister greeted me and was nice but did a terrible job on my nails. You would’ve thought she was new. She knew she messed up and kept going. I’m having a black owned shop fix them tomorrow. Never going back DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I’ve never seen nails so short that it doesn’t go past the top of the finger

I received a gift certificate for $35 for a pedicure for mothers day and they didn't even rub my feet. Happy mothers day to me. Its sad what this world is coming too. All people care about is a dollar.

If I could leave no stars I would. My wife went in when there were 2 people free and was not even spoken to. I have worked in the service industry for YEARS I don’t care how busy you are you can SPEAK. She was looking for a new place to become a regular customer but I guess she just needs to continue the trip to ZaZas where they treat you like a PERSON instead of money.. I had read 2 bad reviews before telling her to try it and I wish I would have listened..

If I could leave no stars I would. My wife went in when there were 3 people free. NOBODY even spoke to her or looked up. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat somebody who is trying to start being a regular customer. I saw the previous bad review and I wish I would have listened to it.

My experience was a little different; the atmosphere was quieter than other nail salon!! The ladies were older individuals and very sociable!! The wait time was less than five minutes, and truly enjoyed the treatment!!

This is the most racist spa I have ever visited. I visited this salon a couple of months ago and as I entered the business I was greeted with malice and confrontation. I only asked about the services they offer. It was a couple of ladies in there from different racial background and they just looked in disbelief as the way I was treated. I decided to leave and was asked not to return. I am in my mid 70s and never mistreated or talked to anyone in a negative way. I am still in disbelief.
