Honestly very unprofessional, waited 15 minutes for anyone at the front desk to show up and even check us in. Just for us to go back in the room and be told that we are not allowed to be in the exam room while the vet did the examination. Then was shamed after trying telling them we couldn’t afforded over 2,000 dollars worth procedures all in our first visit. Then the cherry on top was the entire time we can hear our mild manner, sweet dog screaming bloody murder and leaving in complete shock, shaking, crying and afraid of her own shadow. I would not recommend them to anyone and everyone I have told was in utter shock. So sad we even tried them.

The doctors here are like none I have ever taken my babies to. Monday, I brought Maggie in to be looked at. She felt so bad an I was scared. Her eye and face was so swollen. Dr. Gifford checked her out quickly and discovered she had an abscesses tooth. Within 8 hours Maggie started feeling better and the swelling was going down. Dr. Gifford got together a plan for when the infection is gone and eased my mind. Everyone we saw was so kind and caring. I have three other dogs that will be coming to see the doctors here.

A big thank you to Erin and Elizabeth. Y'all were there for us when we had to put our buddy Norman down. Y'all were kind, caring and went way out of your way to help us out.
These folks truly care about their patients and owners. They go above and beyond. I am very grateful we have such caring folks in town who are there when you need them.

I brought in 5 dogs and they were all taken care of, all questions were answered. And the staff is very affectionate towards all of my dogs. Overall great vet. Dr.Rush and all the techs were amazing and very friendly.

Dr. Rush provides the best care. She even takes care of my chickens, which is a huge benefit, as most local Veterinarians do not treat poultry.

Great place for Pet care! All staff are friendly and helpful. Appointments are simple and efficient and there isn't unnecessary wait times! We've found our permanent pet care facility.

Staff is very friendly to the people and pets. Visit was extremely fast and efficient, especially as a walk in. We don't need a vet often but when we do we come here.

This week I had my Boston Terrier neutured and Dr. Rush and all the staff answered all my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied and have no complaints with the care they gave my furbaby, therefore I will continue to use Randall and will also continue to recommend this veterinary clinic to all that are looking for top notch care.
