  They REALLY need change the truck parking policy. We spend too much money on diesel and they only want you to park for 4 hours.

  When QT first came to town they had the best coffee center with all your favorite creamers in the pump not the powdered stuff. I would drive from Jackson MS to Byram or Flowood just for the coffee. The last 3 trips for my coffee run have not been the same they removed the good creamers and the machines are always down. QT baited us with the good stuff and now they put the powdered canister cream and sugar out. This is really a let down. I left Starbucks for QT but now I’m going back to Starbucks 😡

  My very first visit here, and I was not impressed. I chose stopping here for convenience rather than going a little out of the way for club members' prices and savings. I won't make that mistake again. There were as many pumps out of fuel as there were working, so I had to wait in long lines. After pumping, I selected print receipt, and the printer was out of paper, so I had to go inside and wait in line again for my receipt. This is all very costly for someone in a service truck and on a schedule.

  So thankful that we’ve got all the Quick trips here in the Jackson Metro area
  
  Thank you it was a great choice by corporate to invest in our market
  
  However, I would like to say a special thanks to the Byron location, hands-down this seems to be the best location by far
  
  Always courteous and customer service friendly
  
  This team of people obviously has incredible management to keep them smiling and producing hard work, it’s no wonder why they stay in business because they absolutely know how to service people
  
  I would definitely like to say without a shadow of doubt that we’re going to stop at this location every time to fill up vehicles with gas
  
  Never have I ever gotten any type of bad attitude from the people at the store
  
  The location is great and convenient and prices are always compatible and relevant
  
  We stopped here just about every morning to fill up coolers and service vehicles! We’re always greeted with a smile and they always seem to have everything we look for in stock
  
  Thanks again quick trip for locating in the Byron area

  Its a great store but I was told today that I couldn't park my truck on the side like other trucks that were out there because the would tow it but now check this out I take my truck to the flying j and I come back home to byram go back to Quik trip and the same trucks are parked were they were when I I was told I had to leave that is really messed up

  Overnight truck parking not allowed. Cameras monitoring how long you stay. I guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

  Too much talking while preparing food. Ladies in the kitchen were talking too much with no mouth protection while handling the food, They can finish food and then talk as there wasn't much customers at the time. Counter lady was awesome, very attentive and polite.....

  Around 4am, using my PumpStart to pump Diesel, I used the call box to request DEF fuel start, as is customary at all other Diesel locations we've frequented. This time, as it had occurred at a few locations in Texas—the Cashier told me she could not turn it on and I would have to come in and pre-pay or try attempting another PumpStart swipe for DEF. I advised her that other locations simply turn on DEF since the PumpStart was already authorized for Diesel and it would not allow another swipe. She said she didn't care and she has been working here for nearly two years and never processed PumpStart this way. Even though it was below freezing temperature—she showed no interest for my concern. While paying for diesel and prepaying for DEF, I advised that I would follow-up with corporate,she snarly recanted, "You do that."While PumpStart is meant to be a convenience, it is a major inconvenience due to varied team/QT associates product knowledge and card functionality. We have even had associates tell us PumpStart doesn't work in Texas; yet, when we would go to another location in Texas, the card worked fine.The following needs to be addressed immediately:-Corporate Policy Update and Training for PumpStart allowances and standard procedures-Card should be updated to allow both Diesel and DEF in single pre-authorizationSince this visit last week, I received word that this complaint was forwarded to the store manager; but we asked if it could be forwarded to the corporate office as well. Unfortunately, these are not isolated events and should be addressed at the corporate level, in addition to the local store level.

  You get no phone service as soon as you walk into the door you lose phone service, so you're not allowed to use your Q-tip app to get discounts. As soon as I walked out the door I had service.
