The people in the pharmacy are rude and very unfriendly. They don't even look at you. They don't appreciate customers.

I love Kroger but have been getting irritated lately and swapping up with corner market. I like Kroger bc the price is usually great... that is IF the info has been input properly. Today - it wasn't... but who has time to argue over 5 dollars!? I will say... that 5 dollars is why I picked up the candles to begin with... They were supposed to be 3.99 and ended up being 4.99. I clipped the coupons properly - double checked. Even brought the cashier one of the signs showing the discount but she still did not correct it. Irritating... Not sure what to suggest other than have an experienced person input all important info. Like I said - I love Kroger and will be back but it seems like every visit something like this occurs. With the price of food you would think that a company like Kroger that they would rotate their products.I went in this store 10/08/23 I purchased Kroger brand rice cakes dated March 23 and the other one dated Aug 23.The same date purchased Terra plantains chips the was dated April 16 2023.I called today and told me I would have to take them back to get a refund.I don't shop at this store often so it's out of the way.Ate some of the plantains had my stomach upset.The Clinton store is no better.Kraft salad dressing was on sell last week buy 1get1 the expiration dates was October,November and December of this year.They know I had purchased the items asked for my card number.I informed her that I would take a picture of package and receipt .Her response after she came back from putting me on hold was take it back for a refund.

Never have I ever been treated so rudely as by Connie in the pharmacy. She must have found my health care funny judging by her laughter when I questioned her about a prescription. At the start of calling her out on it she advised me to hold on " I don't get paid for this!" Then the phone went dead. She got the pharmacist who gladly explained why my prescription could not be filled, and why. I explained to him my displeasure and situation with Connie and all he could do was apologize. However there is plenty I can do. This review for starters then I'll be shopping groceries and prescriptions elsewhere. It is a shame, my family has been doing business there for decades. VOTE WITH MY WALLET! Kroger Byram... you're fired!

Kroger's oldest grocery stores in the US has went to hell in a handbasket! Madison don't have any competition and Kroger's takes their customers for granted! Bad management echoes through the whole store! I am working on getting other stores to come into the area so we can have a choice. I have never seen such a responsible checkers and baggers do not exist. Kroger's is a sorry business! Call corporate office on this sloppy sorry customer service store!!!

3 of the six handicapped parking were full of carts, so I had to park at the end of the row. Good price on Dog Chow, but none available. 3 registers open, but 9 people in each line.

Horrible management the assistant store manager Brian is uneducated dismissive and shows a great lack of concern for customer service clearly these employees have no direction or leadership ast manager Brian needs to be terminated he has proven to be a liability Far from an asset to the company he is ruining the reputation of what use to be a great store

Checkout lines were extremely long at 3:30pm. Store is well stocked and clean. Sales were easily identifiable throughout store.
