I'm trying to figure out why does it take days for fill almost any type of prescription you sent there. You have to call to get them to fill it in a timely manner. They are often having to "order" meds that other pharmacies seemly regularly have on hand. I don't get any calls or notifications if there is a issue with a prescription. When you get there they seem to be workin doing something. I'm only saying doing something because whatever they doing it's not producing great results and the time of it all is just outrageous. Was was going to CVS in Richland but the drive became unnecessary and the kroger price for one of my meds was better. At first kroger pharmacy seemed just as good as any but as of atleast the past year or more it seems whatever system they are using to get theses orders out doesn't have the customer in mind

Jermica in the pharmacy needs a major attitude adjustment… & better customer service training. We were at the counter to get our 1 prescription. Had a container of ice cream & gallon of milk. Gave us the total for the meds so I asked could she ring the other things up for us. The look she gave us was like are you seriously asking me to do any amount of extra work? Then instead of reaching her scanner out to scan the bar code, she picked it up in her hand at the counter & we had to hold the items up to the scanner ourselves to scan the barcode…. Wouldn’t even make the effort of reaching her arm out herself. Then got 2 bags out for our items & set them open on the counter, we had to put the items in the bags ourselves. And not a word otherwise… thank you, come back, kiss my rear, nothing. If you hate your job that much find another one. ?

With the price of food you would think that a company like Kroger that they would rotate their products.I went in this store 10/08/23 I purchased Kroger brand rice cakes dated March 23 and the other one dated Aug 23.The same date purchased Terra plantains chips the was dated April 16 2023.I called today and told me I would have to take them back to get a refund.I don't shop at this store often so it's out of the way.Ate some of the plantains had my stomach upset. The Clinton store is no better.Kraft salad dressing was on sell last week buy 1get1 the expiration dates was October,November and December of this year. They know I had purchased the items asked for my card number.I informed her that I would take a picture of package and receipt .Her response after she came back from putting me on hold was take it back for a refund.

Never have I ever been treated so rudely as by Connie in the pharmacy. She must have found my health care funny judging by her laughter when I questioned her about a prescription. At the start of calling her out on it she advised me to hold on " I don't get paid for this!" Then the phone went dead. She got the pharmacist who gladly explained why my prescription could not be filled, and why. I explained to him my displeasure and situation with Connie and all he could do was apologize. However there is plenty I can do. This review for starters then I'll be shopping groceries and prescriptions elsewhere. It is a shame, my family has been doing business there for decades. VOTE WITH MY WALLET! Kroger Byram... you're fired!

There are times when compassion should be always had when you're working with the public. The staff at this pharmacy doesn't meet this criteria. I fly back and forth to TX for my grandson chemo treatments as well my dad's cancer just returned on top of that (wait for it) my husband is deployed and I have a senior that's lost in this shuffle. I see and understand completely why this pharmacy has a 2.7. The staff is grossly no empathetic. Ms. Ashley your are not good at your job. I pray you all are better customer service reps that what I received from you all.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a drive through pharmacy. I highly recommend doing business with them.

This is the worst I have ever seen. It takes them days to fill a prescription, even antibiotics. They give out the wrong amount EVERY time I come They don’t open on time. They act like they are doing you a favor to let you give them your business. They are rude and nasty!! Today will be my last day doing business with these people. I would pay more to have better service.

Not once but multi times after having prescriptions being sent in by Dr when you go to pick up they have not filled them together and you do realize until you get home you are missing something, call and yes there is another prescription ready….Today was the kicker husband stopped by and they said another 30 minutes, so I go on my way home and she tells me$6,30 and I ask if it’s for 2 and of course not. Come to find out insurance does not cover the other one so they did not fill it and if I would like to get it will be $3.28. Yes please, well it will be 30 minutes. I am done with Kroger will be transferring all my prescriptions somewhere that can use common sense and has concern for their customers.
