Kenneth at first hand was polite and knowledgeable. But I ask for an estimate, and I was told the estimate would be done by the end of the day, and it was never done. I called the next day and he assured me the estimate would be done before they closed, I called right before closing to see if the estimate was done, and was told that they were not Firestone. I only wanted a estimate. I will not be doing business with them, and it's a shame, because I heard nothing but good things about them. 1⭐️ Rating for me.

They were hard to get a hold of, but polite when i did. They don't support most popular ford ecu's but seemed up to date on gm products.

takes very good care of customers and car. very knowledgeable of the Optima in particular. went above and beyond when most would just washed their hands . I highly recommend every good customer contact as well.

I have 2010 Camaro SS that continued to go into limp mode after slight throttle. I replaced every sensor and attempted to redo some wiring, no luck. I went to two shops and the dealership, and they could not figure it out. Kar performance found the issue and repaired it at a reasonable rate. Kenny and Ryan are car wizards! Highly recommended!

Kenneth, went above and beyond while tuning my car. These guys are very Knowledgeable and very professional . A previous tuner had turned off some safety features while tuning my car, to avoid me getting or seeing any check engine lights. Kenneth made sure everything was back on so if I have a problem it’s known before damage occurs. Thanks guys !!!! As I make changes thru the years to come you’ll be my go to tuners.
