Paid over $1000 for a part that is broken again after just two years. Cant even tell me where he got my part because it’s too much trouble for him! Overcharged And underserviced! Not to mention had to replace the original replacement because it was warped.

My car broke down and I called this shop told the mechanic what was wrong with it and he told me he could fix it, I had it towed to the shop paided almost $500 to have it towed there a week later I get a call from this shop saying that they can not fix my truck!!!!! So I had to pay a couple more hundreds to have another tow truck come and pick it up and tow it to another shop!!!! I’m out of $1k just in towing fees!!!! I would NEVER, NEVER EVER recommend this shop!!!!

Havior's Auto Car is the best repair shop in Byram, MS. The Manager Owner is one of the most honest people I know. He has serviced my vehicles for more than 15 years. If Mr. Hampton can not repair your vehicle for a fair cost, IT CAN NOT BE REPAIRED. He is the BEST IN THE CITY OF BYRAM. I recommend this vendor

Do not deal with this shop!!!! I paid the mechanic at this shop 1100 dollars for a radiator, radiator support, air pump and thermostat because my car was running hot. In less than a month my car started running hot again and I brought it to him and he told me my engine went out without even looking at my car. The car was still on the tow truck, he didn’t even want to look at the car and told me “ it’s not looking to good this time, if you not ready to spend no real money don’t bring your car to my lot”. This shop is unprofessional and predatory.

This shop was not honest and was not willing to work with my warrant company. The price was over priced. He had my car for aka week and half. And nothing. I just removed my veh to another transmission shop. Which is Ranco transmission. Mr. Russ had my vehicle for 2 days new transmission. Worked well with the warranty company and was 1300.00 cheaper than this shopService: Transmission

I've been taking my car to Havior for several years. He's very knowledgeable and, as a woman, I feel I can trust him to tell me the truth about the car's problem and charge what's reasonable. I recently needed my car's front brakes repaired and he was very fair. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good car repairman.
