They are the only wash Facility that still has Bug Wash Bowls.Staff could be more friendly but I completely understand it's "Hot Outside "

It's a good fast detail if u don't mind cleaning your car after running it thru the wash. Leaves soap spots on car and windows, no matter the package. It's a great cheap option for something fast tho and I would recommend.
