I established an account with BankPlus because of the hours they stay open inside and even more with the drive through hours.I loved them. Now it’s just so frustrating, with the hours they have now. Replying to review response. No to you it maybe the same. But in some way it's not today when visited,the teller service isn't allowing deposits. And now waiting to speak with ATM TELLER. THE WAIT IS TO LONG. THEN WAITING ON ONE PERSON TO COMPLETE TRANSACTIONS ON ONE M ACHINE IS FUSTRATING. IT ALREADY RUNS SLOW. YOU HAVE PPL BLOWING CURSING Etc. One machine ONE teller come on. It's not the same

I thought the drive-thru stayed opened till 7? Past couple times I went by through there at 5:30 and only thing opened was atm. Nobody was there and no cars in parking lot.

Bank Plus will cost you money. I have opted out of overdraft, only to continue to be charged overdraft fees. I have been refunded and then recharged. The app is especially unhelpful. It is almost always wrong about your current balance. Bank Plus is probably the worst the bank I have ever used, and that is saying a lot. This branch in particular is no better or worse than any other. My advice, take your money to Trustmark or Regions.

The last two weeks Friday evening I've gone through the drive thru. Nobody came on to greet me nor tell me thank you for your service. Used to not be like this, but it's different people at the drive thru. Very dissatisfied with not being acknowledged and greeted. I work for a dr's office and always greet everyone that comes in and checks out. Poor service......hope it gets better or I'm switching banks.

Untrained, incompetent so called managers. They have to call a supervisor every 5 minutes to ask how to handle a transaction. Lie and say they don't have a restroom and say go to the convenience store next door. They damn well do have a restroom. 6 figures in their bank and they treat me like poor trash. You can bet it is going elsewhere ASAP.
