worst place to work, my mother(madelayde) was fired after been worked more then 5 years,all because she reported a supervisor that was touching another worker inappropriately,It's a shame what happening in this company

I have worn Asics shoes for many years. As a nurse, I use to believe that they were the best shoes on the market. I have worn many Asics! Recently, I ordered three pairs of shoes spending over $350.00 on them. Upon delivery, the box was damaged and already opened. Inside the box was one pair of the three pairs I ordered. The shoes were outside of their original packaging. I refused delivery and contacted customer service. To my amazement, customer service said that they could do nothing to help me until the damaged box was received back at the Asics warehouse. I was also told they couldn't send a replacement order, I would instead have to spend over $350.00 and re-order the shoes if I wanted them. Customer service with Asics is HORRIBLE!!!!! I am sure that I will likely have to dispute this with my credit card company. I am very disappointed in the customer service or lack there of I have received from Asics.-Kirk Walls

Do you want your shoes to be riddled with manufacturer defects, the company to not care about you nor honor their 1 year warranty? Then Asics is the company for you!After spending almost $300 on 2 pairs of shoes, you’d think some decent customer service and warranties would come along with it, but nope! Shoes are failing and have defects in the same exact spots on both shoes. The defects are large rips in the fabric and it just looks trashy to wear the shoes, as well as embarrassing to the company having put out this product. Pretty sad because these were comfortable shoes.Contacted the company within the year warranty, they asked a plethora of questions, It took me a while to find all of this information and I guess that put me outside the warranty period. They responded by saying I’m outside of the warranty period, even though my first email is clearly within the warranty period. Pretty gross and scammy if you ask me! Plenty of other shoes to try out and ethical companies to give my money to who honor their warranties and respect their customers. Shame on Asics!

Good people! Came a day earlier and they give me option to drop the trailer and come back tomorrow by appointment time and I accept it, came by my appointment time and it was loaded!

Honestly, I don't mind coming here to get loaded. Takes almost an hour to load & the shipping personnel have an upbeat attitude when retrieving the paperwork & seal.

Your EHS team needs to check your Google account pictures. OSHA violations on camera lol..... You have pics of someone on a stock picker wearing a harness, so I assume stock picker or scissor lift using their personal electronic decice to take pics. Thats a PE violation. He'd be terminated at most companies for doing that.
