I keep trying to call for an apartment. Everytime it will tell me to press star for the operator. When I do, it starts the menu over and won't connect me to anyone. I need an apartment immediately and no one will answer the phone so I can at least inquire.

I've called a few weeks ago and there was only ONE person ahead of him and I just called and now magically there's two people ahead of me?? How did the other person get Infront of me when I applied first and was only one person ahead of me last time I called??

Having Friends there is awesome but the State needs Authority and the Bldgs need renovated and debugged. Horrible Ownership/Management. Also DRUG INFESTED!
